After unveiling its new lineup of appliances and TVs earlier this year at CES 2026, Samsung has announced the launch of a new dehumidifier that offers high energy efficiency and strong performance. All dehumidifiers that the company is launching this year carry the Grade 1 energy efficiency rating, thanks to the use of a digital inverter compressor.
The price of the Inverter Dehumidifier ranges from KRW 519,000 (around $353) to KRW 819,000 (around $557), depending on its dehumidification capacity. It is available in 18L, 21L, and 23L versions. The devices come in two colors, Victory Gray and Earth Brown, designed to match the companyâs Blue Sky range of air purifiers.
Samsung claims the new models offer up to 30% higher energy efficiency thanks to the inverter compressor and SmartThingsâ AI Saving Mode. The dehumidifiers also feature a whisper-quiet operating mode called Low Noise Mode, which runs the device at 32dB or lower. That makes it quieter than the typical noise level of a library, which is around 50dB.
Samsung has also added a Continuous Drain mode for use during the rainy season or in environments with high humidity. Users can connect a drain hose after removing the drain cap so that water is drained automatically, eliminating the need to empty the water tank manually.

These new dehumidifiers also feature Water Tank Lighting, which alerts users when the tank needs attention so they can quickly check its status. They also include mood lighting that can display eight different colors to match home interiors or personal preferences.
Samsung Electronics DA Business Division Vice President Lim Seong-taek said, âThis new product features high energy efficiency to lower electricity bills and maximizes convenience with large-capacity dehumidification and continuous drainage functions.“
